Jordan Dyson has defined her career by building connections: between ideas, technologies, and people. Passionate about organizational effectiveness and behavior, she is pursuing a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University while leading the learning and development program for teammates in non-advisory roles at Buckingham Wealth Partners. Previously, Jordan served on Buckingham's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force in 2020 before leading the firm's inaugural DEI Council from 2021 to 2023. Jordan is also the founder of understories, a 2x industry award-winning experiential learning design firm. Her innovative approach to behavior and mindset change combines AI, gamification, psychology, and hands-on experience to develop relational, organizational, and "soft" skills for teams large and small. Jordan is based in St. Louis, MO.
